Observation Counting

For our network inference we utilize both positive and negative observations of the existence of network edges. This means we must be able to determine what each measurement of an edge says about the existence of that edge.

In this chapter documentation demonstrates how to download public BGP routing table data to collect paths. Additionaly the edge counting methodology is demonstrated with an example.
